Shipping & Returns

If your are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 10 days and we send you an exchange or issue a credit to your charge card. Shipping fees will not be credited. For health and safety reasons, no returns of worn items will be accepted. Please do not remove tag. Returns for stockings cannot be accepted. Items have to be returned in it is original plastic wrapper. A fee of $5.00 will apply for items returned without tags and not packaged properly. If your return is received after the refund period has expired, we will issue a store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase at one of our stores. Please return together with the invoice or pack slip copy to: Kisa Kosmos 1870 Lusitana street #404 Honolulu, HI 96813. The exchange item will be shipped after receipt of your return. Credit will be issued within 1 - 2 days after receipt of your return. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as we receive your return.

Shipping All items in stock ship within 24 hours. Items on backorder usually ship within 7 - 10 days. (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).
